Meet Your President:
LaCresha Williams is a proud, single mother of 2. She enjoys spending majority of her time being involved as a team mom/band mom in everything that her children are involved in. She is the owner and CEO of Kute Kustom Kreationz LLC, an all customizations company. And She is a director of IT and cyber security where she manages and oversees a team of over 80 employees. Her favorite quote is : This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it". Psalms 118:24

Curtis Harrell, is a distinguished leader, proud patriot, and dedicated servant with more than two decades of committed service. Through his resilience, compassion, and steadfast support of others, he leads by example and inspires those around him to pursue excellence.
Curtis approaches every challenge as an opportunity for growth, service, and meaningful impact, guided by his enduring belief: “To lose is to gain.”
Meet your Secretary
Joel King, formerly known as Joel Burgess-King. He currently works for MSC Cruises as an Elite Concierge Agent. Joel is a proud Cancer Survivor! In his free time he enjoys all things Football, Food & Fashion! He loves a good themed party and live by the saying:

Dandrea Laughlin offers over two decades of professional accounting and financial expertise, fueled by a deep dedication to community leadership. As an accomplished Fisk University alumna holding two master’s degrees, including her Master’s in Finance, she focuses on leveraging her skills to serve others—honoring the roots that nurtured her growth while striving to establish a resilient foundation and a meaningful legacy for all the future classes yet to come.
Meet your Director of Operations:
Darshal Griffin is a dedicated education administrator, performing arts leader, and community advocate with three years of experience in educational leadership. She currently serves as an Administrator over 6th Grade Culture, Grade Team Manager for Kindergarten, and Performing Arts Director at a K–8 school. Under her leadership, the RAYdiant Elite Dancers recently became Global Champions, reflecting her commitment to excellence, teamwork, and developing well-rounded scholars. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organizational Leadership.
A proud mother to her four-year-old son, Griffin is passionate about empowering youth, mentoring others, and giving back to her community. She thrives on creating opportunities, building strong teams, and inspiring others to reach their fullest potential. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in purpose, service, excellence, and making a lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.
Meet your Chair of Community Outreach
Ingrid Bazelais is a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and wellness enthusiast with over a decade of leadership experience in rehabilitation services. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and degrees in Health Administration, Health Science, and Occupational Therapy.
Ingrid has served as a Director of Rehabilitation and Regional Rehab Director, leading clinical teams and overseeing quality patient care. In 2020, she founded a non-emergency medical transportation company focused on providing safe and reliable transportation to those in need. She is also passionate about fitness, wellness, and community service.
