Our first featured alumnus is Geno Smith!

Geno Smith is a Miramar native and former standout quarterback at Miramar High School. After graduating, he continued his football career at West Virginia University before being selected in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

Throughout his professional career, Geno has demonstrated perseverance, leadership, and determination. He is a two-time Pro Bowl selection and was named the 2022 NFL Comeback Player of the Year—an achievement that represents his remarkable journey and refusal to give up.

Geno’s success is a powerful reminder that the lessons, discipline, and pride developed at Miramar High School can carry our Patriots far beyond the school’s halls.
